docs(integrity-forensics): the Codex mirror's migration note covers its own mode
Review follow-up: the mirror said only to delete the old clone, but deterministic-only is exactly the mode the mirror runs — the one case where moving the clone and its eval receipt keeps offline work alive. Now says what mainline says.
