* Fix #471: lift bottom action bars above system navigation bar Add navigationBarsPadding() to bottom bar Row/Column containers in BuildApkScreen (both idle and building states), FileManagerScreen selection action bar, and AppModifierScreen AppModifyBottomBar. Pattern matches CreateAppBottomBar which already applied the correct insets padding. This ensures AAB/Cancel/Build buttons, multi-select action buttons, and clone/shortcut action buttons are not overlapped by 3-button system navigation bar on devices that use it (gesture nav devices remain unaffected as navigationBarsPadding returns 0).
