    Migrate GitHub repo references from shiahonb777 to shiaho777

    The GitHub account/repo moved to github.com/shiaho777/web-to-app. Update
    all references to the old owner so the in-app features keep working against
    the new location:

    • UpdateChecker: OWNER drives the releases/latest API endpoint
    • AboutScreen: GitHub repo link and author profile link
    • ModuleMarketRepository: OWNER drives the raw.githubusercontent / jsdelivr
      module-market sources
    • Strings: module-market guide copy (zh/en/ar)
    • CI: modules-publish workflow MAINTAINERS + generate_submissions.py defaults
    • Module catalog metadata (registry.json, submissions.json, module.json)
    • Docs (README, README_CN, CONTRIBUTING, modules/README)
