- ECH (Encrypted Client Hello) toggle under DoH config, GeckoView-only, capability-gated on DoH
- Announcement popup content supports HTML mode (WebView render, JS disabled), frame unchanged
- HTML/FRONTEND apps auto-route to file:// when static (no SW/PWA/WASM), avoiding the local HTTP server and network dependency; fall back to localhost only when needed
- Pure file:// static apps no longer request INTERNET permission
- Bump version to 2.0.2 (versionCode 37)
