AlexCatarino 5bb28b44a8 Adds Examples for Train Feature
- Adds Python version of `TrainingInitializeRegressionAlgorithm`;
- Adds C# version of `TrainingExampleAlgorithm`;
- Removes `TrainingScheduledRegressionAlgorithm`.
