Lokesh Kumar fb534bc935 fix: add .claude-plugin/ manifest for VS Code marketplace support 
Adds the required .claude-plugin/marketplace.json and plugin.json files
so this repo can be added as a marketplace in the Claude Code VS Code
extension without the "Marketplace file not found" error.
