Adds a skill that reports printability facts for a mesh before slicing: ray-cast wall thickness, down-facing overhang maps, support volume, and a build-orientation ranking, per process (FDM, SLA/DLP, SLS, metal PBF, MJF). Runs entirely locally - no API key, no network call. Requires trimesh, numpy and rtree. scripts/dfam_tool.py is fact-only: it measures and never emits pass/fail. Thresholds live in references/process-limits.md so limits stay readable and editable without touching code, and verdicts belong to the SKILL.md workflow. Findings cite ISO/ASTM 52910 and 52911-1 clause numbers alongside independently measured values. The standards themselves are not vendored - they are copyrighted by ASTM, so only clause references are used. Sits ahead of $gcode: check printability, then slice.
