Optimize users exceptions Grafana dashboard (#10841)

## Summary

- Replace duplicated ClickHouse queries in the users exceptions
dashboard with a shared hidden source panel.
- Optimize ClickHouse SQL with `GROUPING SETS`, `PREWHERE`,
`multiSearchAny`, and reduced repeated JSON parsing.
- Add category drilldown links from category panels and a visible reset
link.

## Performance

Local ClickHouse benchmark (3 cpu), same dashboard time (30 days) range
and `sources=All`:

- Before:
  - duplicated main panel queries: ~70.9s total ClickHouse query time
  - drilldown query: ~5.7s
  - total: ~76.6s

- After:
  - shared hidden source query for main panels: ~7.6-8.0s
  - optimized drilldown query: ~5.2s
  - total: ~12.8-13.2s
