Add cohort courses call-to-action in organic spots

Surfaces the Maven cohort courses (AI System Design, Advanced AI Evals) with a short, consistent call-to-action in the three natural go-deeper spots: the featured-courses section of the root README, the top of the free-courses catalog, and the interview hub's courses section.
