Zara Zhang 7c6bdb37dc gallery: 3 slides per template (cover · mid · late) and drop video demos ...

- Replace single-slide gallery with three-screenshot strips per template
  to show layout variety: slide 1, slide 4, slide 8 of each deck.
- Drop demos/ folder. Demos were nice but added inconsistency between
  templates (only 2 had them); 3-still strips give a fairer comparison
  across all 28.
- Each template name in the gallery is a clickable link to the live
  template.html.
