Zara Zhang 2c589aab67 fix: hash navigation for deck-stage templates (about:blank bounce) ...

Browser treats file://path#a → file://path#b as a same-document hash
change, not a navigation. deck-stage reads location.hash once during
connectedCallback and does not re-read it on hashchange, so every
slide screenshot after the first was capturing whichever slide the
first hash landed on.

Fix: bounce through about:blank between slides so playwright's next
goto is a true cross-document load. deck-stage re-initializes and
reads the new hash.

Affected templates (all 8 deck-stage users): pin-and-paper,
soft-editorial, editorial-tri-tone, stencil-tablet, neo-grid-bold,
pink-script, editorial-forest, emerald-editorial. All 24 screenshots
regenerated.

Visual spot-checks confirm: pink-script-4 = chapter 02, editorial-tri-tone-3
= principles grid, stencil-tablet-8 = pilot comparison table,
neo-grid-bold-8 = next steps, soft-editorial-6 = By the Numbers,
soft-editorial-10 = retention curve.
