    Fixes:

    • Prompt-cache invalidation: default inject_context=false in
      [code_health] — notices route to ctx_knowledge + dashboard
      instead of additionalContext (#778)
    • Marker contamination root-cause: suffix never written to file
      content, travels via additionalContext or suppressed entirely
    • Release pipeline: rmcp crates.io compile bug (from_bytes_stream
      vs from_byte_stream) — restored [patch.crates-io] + --no-verify
    • Release pipeline: Homebrew grep collision (x86_64 matched cuda)
