    Version bump (Cargo already at 3.8.7; lean-ctx-bin + pi-lean-ctx → 3.8.7)
    and complete the 3.8.7 CHANGELOG so the release notes cover every shipped
    change, not just the headline fixes:

    • dashboard --open=browser|none|vscode reveal control (#424)

    Fixed

    • auto_update_mcp=false honored on every MCP registration path (#281)
    • ctx_read map/signatures no longer stale after ctx_index build-full (#420)
    • dashboard auto-refreshes active view on data change + tab focus (#425)
