    Patch release shipping the #586 fix so FreeBSD and other non-ORT ports can
    build lean-ctx with --no-default-features. Bumps Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock,
    lean-ctx-bin, pi-lean-ctx and finalizes the CHANGELOG entry.
