    • Fix graph index to correctly handle multi-repo parent directories
    • Add has_multi_repo_children() helper for reusable multi-repo detection
    • Index extra_roots in background during server initialization
    • Re-index on project root changes via MCP roots/list
    • Align graph_index_max_files default (0 = unlimited) across code + docs
    • Version bump to 3.7.0
