    Wire EvictionOrchestrator → HomeostasisController into memory_guard callback.
    5-stage graduated eviction: trim outputs → evict probationary → unload BM25 →
    evict protected → emergency clear. Fix jemalloc_purge error handling, optimize
    is_under_pressure() to atomic flag (O(1) in hot loops).
