    • Add built-in "passthrough" profile (full content, zero compression)
    • Add persistent profile selection via config.toml profile field
    • Fix LEAN_CTX_FULL_TOOLS=0 incorrectly treated as ON
    • Fix mode=full returning stubs/deltas when no_degrade or passthrough active
    • Fix MCP schema claiming default mode was full (actual: auto)
    • Fix silent fallback to coder when profile not found (now warns)
