    New lean-ctx uninstall command that cleanly removes:

    • Shell hooks from zsh/bash/fish/PowerShell profiles
    • MCP configurations from all supported editors
    • Data directory (~/.lean-ctx/)

    Also adds uninstallation docs to the getting-started page.
