    Autonomy: lean-ctx now runs ctx_overview, ctx_preload, ctx_dedup, and
    ctx_compress automatically without explicit agent calls. Session lifecycle
    pre-hook, related file hints, silent background preload, auto-dedup at 8+
    files, task propagation, and shell efficiency hints — all enabled by default
    with per-feature config toggles.

    PHP/Laravel: Full PHP AST extraction via tree-sitter-php, Laravel-specific
    compression for Eloquent models, Controllers, Migrations, Blade templates.
    Shell hook patterns for php artisan, pest, and composer commands.

    Fixes: version --version uses CARGO_PKG_VERSION, codesign required on macOS.
