    • Add autoApprove array with all 26 tool names to MCP config during
      lean-ctx init. Enables auto-approval in Cline, Roo Code, and
      future Antigravity support.
    • Dashboard --host=0.0.0.0 now shows actual bind address
    • Gain dashboard redesign: wider layout, more whitespace,
      better column spacing
