    • tee_on_error now defaults to false (opt-in)
    • Sensitive data masking: 7 regex patterns redact API keys,
      Bearer tokens, AWS keys, GitHub tokens, passwords, and
      private keys before writing to tee logs
    • Auto-cleanup: tee logs older than 24h are deleted
    • New CLI: lean-ctx tee [list|clear|show] to manage logs
    • Bumped to v1.8.2
