    • Add 14 new pattern modules: gh, kubectl, eslint, pip, pnpm, ruff,
      prettier, next_build, golang, playwright, wget, env_filter,
      log_dedup, json_schema
    • Extend git.rs (+13 subcommands: add, commit, push, pull, fetch,
      clone, branch, checkout, merge, stash, tag, reset, remote, blame)
    • Extend docker.rs (+8 subcommands: images, logs, compose, exec,
      network, volume, inspect)
    • Extend npm.rs (+3 subcommands: audit, outdated, list)
    • Add CLI commands: discover, session, config
    • Add TOML config file support (~/.lean-ctx/config.toml)
    • Add tee/recovery: save full output on errors
    • Add Homebrew tap (brew tap yvgude/tap && brew install lean-ctx)
    • Init command now installs 23 aliases (was 8)
    • Update all version strings to 1.4.0
    • Fix homepage URL to leanctx.com
    • Fix Buy Me a Coffee link to buymeacoffee.com/yvgude
    • Update READMEs with complete command coverage
