    • Fixed MCP bridge overwriting output files that CLI already wrote
    • Check file mtime before/after execution to detect CLI writes
    • Updated parseCodexOutput() to handle current Codex CLI JSONL format
    • Now correctly extracts agent_message from item.completed events

    Bumped to v4.0.1
