    fix: handle claudeAiOauth wrapper in macOS Keychain credentials (#80)

    readKeychainCredentials() now handles the nested claudeAiOauth structure,
    matching the behavior of readFileCredentials(). This fixes HUD rate limit
    display on macOS when credentials use the wrapped format.

    Fixes #79
