    fix: Add tiered agent files and fix /sisyphus-default (#37)

    Changes:

    • Add 8 tiered agent markdown files to agents/ directory:
      • oracle-medium.md, oracle-low.md
      • sisyphus-junior-high.md, sisyphus-junior-low.md
      • librarian-low.md, explore-medium.md
      • frontend-engineer-low.md, frontend-engineer-high.md
    • Fix /sisyphus-default to actually WRITE to ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md
      instead of just telling users to copy content
    • Remove /update command (plugin users should use /plugins)
    • Bump version to 2.0.3

    The plugin now has 19 agents (11 base + 8 tiered variants)
    matching the curl installer.
