    refactor: Remove orchestrator-sisyphus from agents (v1.10.3)

    orchestrator-sisyphus was architecturally incorrect as an agent. In Claude
    Code, agents are subagents that get DELEGATED TO via Task tool, not modes
    you "switch" into. When /sisyphus is activated, the main Claude becomes the
    orchestrator - no separate agent needed.

    Changes:

    • Remove agents/orchestrator-sisyphus.md (mode, not subagent)
    • Enhance /orchestrator command with full orchestrator behavior
    • Update all documentation to reflect 10 agents instead of 11
    • Bump version to 1.10.3
