    Document the deploy-pages v5.0.1 update, backfill three missing 2026-09-04 changelog entries, and prepare one trilingual maintenance release. Align local version validation with GitHub's UTC release-date contract and cover the clock call with a regression test.

    Tests: release manifest strict; 18 release tests; full scripts suite 1094 passed, 1 skipped.
