  • chore(release): backfill the 2026-08-23 CHANGELOG and bump to 2026.08.23 (#127)

Six commits shipped since v2026.08.19-2 and none of them touched CHANGELOG.
This repo keeps near-total CHANGELOG discipline and the normal flow is that
each content commit carries its own entry; all six missed it, and the
maintainer caught that, not me. So this release commit carries both the
backfill and the version bump, which is a different shape from edca726 and
8329d6d (CITATION.cff only) and is the corrective one.

    Ships #121 (Stage 4 dedup + the MCP 2026-07-28 stateless redesign), #122
(协定 -> 协议), #123 (four new projects in table form), #124 (the new
check-duplicate-repos gate), #125 (three industry terms un-translated) and
    #126 (nine restatements cut).

Review caught four things in the backfill itself, which is the expected
failure mode when a CHANGELOG is written from memory of the session rather
    than from the diffs:

    1. One bullet opened with "three existing gates caught the new script", named
two, and closed with "both". There is no third gate anywhere in the source
commit, its CI comment, or the script docstrings.
    2. The section credited no reviewer anywhere, though review made at least four
of the catches described in it, including the duplicate row that motivated
the whole new gate. This file has a standing habit of saying so, so the
omission read as more self-driven than it was. Attribution restored.
    3. "stateless was at 0 occurrences" was not literally true: three pre-existing
hits exist in a walkthrough, describing whether an agent has memory, an
unrelated sense. Scoped to the MCP context.
    4. The sandbox fix touched only the qm entry; a second 沙箱 in the deepseek
entry was left alone deliberately, and the bullet did not say so.

Date confirmed against api.github.com rather than session context, which was
three days off earlier this week. Version parity checked across dot and hyphen
forms; only CITATION.cff:19 and :20 match outside CHANGELOG prose.
