    The published site's slugify now matches GitHub's, resolving 151 dead
    in-page fragments. Build-time anchor diagnostics 349 -> 0. Adds a lint job
    that fails when the site and check-anchors.py stop agreeing, including the
    one case configuration cannot reconcile: GitHub keeps Unicode combining
    marks in a slug where both the site and the gate strip them.
