Functionhx c5578d5ef3 fix/aris-258: address R2 codex review findings

P1-1: Quote unquoted argument-hint value in CONTRIBUTING_CN.md line 42
       (all other 103+ skill files already quoted in prior commit 45d31c2).

P1-2: Already fixed — save_trace.sh validates executor/reviewer families
       against {openai,anthropic,google} before deciding independence
       (4 occurrences in full/meta/response/events paths).

P2-1: Already fixed — auto-review-loop/SKILL.md Phase B.5 runs
       REVIEWER_MEMORY.md append regardless of REVIEWER_DIFFICULTY,
       ensuring copilot backend round-to-round continuity.

P2-2: Already fixed — auto-review-loop/SKILL.md instructs to hash
       REVIEWER_MEMORY.md before each reviewer call (pre-call artifact),
       not after appending.

P2-3: Already fixed — smart_update_copilot.sh resolves UPSTREAM_AGENTS_DIR
       from $UPSTREAM (which honors --upstream), not from $REPO_ROOT.
