    Cargo 0.4.18 → 0.4.19, CHANGELOG entry, bilingual README "What's New" banner.

    Feature commit in this release:

    • ce387ca — MCP protocolVersion negotiation guard (validates the negotiated
      version, terminates+degrades on unsupported; healthy servers unaffected,
      request stays 2025-03-26) + version-agnostic P8 subagent-guard message +
      OpenAI error-body truncation/credential-redaction (substring scanner, compact
      JSON) + honest hook-summary command-only count.

    Tests (CI mode): api 32 / runtime 204 / tools 67 / aris-cli 167 / commands 5,
    all green. Live smoke: aris doctor shows the real Codex MCP server still
    spawns + initializes under the new guard; a one-shot turn returns
    model=claude-opus-4-8. Codex MCP (gpt-5.5 xhigh) reviewed: design GO, impl
    NO-GO (compact-secret miss + command-string strictness) → GO after fixes.
