- Anthropic + custom URL auto-switches to Bearer token auth (proxy compat)
- LlmReview respects ARIS_REVIEWER_BASE_URL for reviewer proxy
- Supports LM Studio, Ollama, and Chinese API proxies (CCSwitch, etc.)
- Default behavior unchanged — blank input = same as before
- Includes v0.3.8 fix: system prompt rebuild on /setup and /model switch
