* Expand stdlib text and parsing depth

- Extend string, formatting, parsing, regex, and Unicode helper coverage.

- Refresh stdlib docs, skill data, embedded graphs, and conformance fixtures.

- Support additional Maybe scalar MIR types used by the expanded APIs.

* Fix stdlib duration and regex contracts

* Address stdlib contract review feedback
