    The x86_64-apple-darwin CI target runs the Rust suite about 3x slower
    than aarch64 (197s vs 67s), which pushed the real browser launch in
    test_all_documented_actions_are_handled past the 10s per-action
    timeout and failed every push to main since 2026-07-24.
