    docs: note Marp theme CSS token-sync blind spot

    build.py --sync / --check only scan .html templates and slide .py
    scripts, so the Marp theme CSS (which inlines a full copy of the
    design tokens) is never checked for token drift. Record this in
    Current Risk Areas so token changes get hand-synced into the Marp
    themes, and update the stale "two paths" line to three.
