* Added type (STATIC or DYNAMIC) to TaskSchedule. Defaults to dynamic * WIP with dev indexing of static schedules * Added a code comment * First stab at deleting unused static schedules * Dashboard changes for the static schedules * Generate the description. Upsert the instances when editing.
