An incident expires a whole group at once, which is the worst time to repeat the
same authorization read per row. Bounded concurrency caps one tenant's share.

Trigger webapp - powered by Remix

To start, run with pnpm run dev --filter webapp

Build the docker image locally:

pnpm run docker:build:webapp
docker run -it triggerdotdev-webapp sh
