- fix(packaging): bundle LiteLLM data in PyInstaller binary
- add --collect-data litellm to release workflow
- smoke-check model_prices_and_context_window_backup.json in _internal
- add packaging contract tests for issue #3631
- fix(packaging): address greptile review feedback (greploop iteration 1)
- drop misleading Unix smoke-test else branch for non-existent dist/_internal path
- move litellm import inside the only test that needs it
- remove duplicate workflow contract test from packaging module
