    Bump version to 3.2.2, and link the version to its release notes (#1544)

    The version in the settings sidebar now opens the notes for the build in hand —
    the app showed its version nowhere else, and the changelog page routes per
    version, so it lands on your release in your language rather than the top of a
    75-entry list.

    Pins the engine at v0.6.10, which carries the decoder cap the interface already
    enforces.

    Release notes for 3.2.2 in all 14 website locales.

    Also moves the two remaining agent skills into .claude/skills/: release (the
    whole ship sequence, gate by gate), translate (fan subagents over i18n/ and
    verify what comes back), and analytics, rewritten from the old
    aptabase-analytics-report to hand over the CSV and stop telling the agent what
    to conclude.
