desktop-extension/manifest + uv.lock) and add the [0.8.0] Fixed note for #1898
(a blank FASTMCP_STATELESS_HTTP no longer crash-loops the remote MCP server).Only delta over b1 is #1898 (deploy-config + an import-time env guard) — no
RPC/API surface changed; the mandatory Verify Package still runs E2E on the
