Bump 0.8.0a4 → 0.8.0b1 (pyproject + desktop-extension/manifest + uv.lock) and
document this cycle's remote-MCP-file work under [0.8.0]:- Added: source_add gains bytes_base64=/wait= (folds the alpha-only
source_add_and_wait/source_upload_bytes; MCP surface 36→34, #1890); await_upload
tool (#1889); experimental in-app upload widget (#1891/#1894). - Fixed: upstream upload HTTP errors classified into a redacted, CORS-carrying
4xx instead of an opaque 500 (#1892).
Doc counts corrected to the tested EXPECTED_TOOLS=34 (mcp-guide, installation).
Public-API compat audit passes (baseline v0.7.3; no unapproved breaks — the MCP

The #1896 merge already documented the source_add bytes/wait fold at the
existing [0.8.0] Added entry (#1803/#1807/#1890); my prep PR added a second
one. Remove the duplicate and fold its '36 → 34 tools' framing into the
