    Bump version to 0.6.0 and finalize the 0.6.0 CHANGELOG (date the release
    section, open a fresh [Unreleased], refresh compare links).

    Fold in doc cleanup:

    • Move docs/api-compat-allowlist.json -> scripts/api-compat-allowlist.json,
      co-located with its only consumer scripts/audit_public_api_compat.py;
      update DEFAULT_ALLOWLIST and the releasing.md reference.
    • Remove the completed docs/session-decoupling-plan-2026-05-26.md and
      docs/cli-audit-2026-05-27.md working docs; de-link ADR-014's two
      provenance references and drop the now-stale test_type_boundaries.py
      exemption entry.
