    docs: rewrite README (EN/CN) with complete feature coverage

    The old README undersold the project — the capability map omitted the
    hardest features entirely (TLS fingerprint spoofing + MITM bridge, ECH/
    SNI encryption, CORS bypass, failover, the print bridge, the local
    DNS bridge for runtimes), and several recent additions (file manager,
    one-tap cancellable AAB export, Chrome Web Store live search, PHP/
    Node/Python native extensions) were missing too. It read like another
    URL wrapper.

    Rewrite both the English and Chinese READMEs with:

    • A sharper 'What makes WebToApp different' section that states the
      real differentiators (on-device server runtimes, anti-censorship
      network stack, self-contained signing, post-ship extensibility).
    • A top 'Capability overview' table for fast scanning.
    • A rebuilt, fully-collapsible Feature Map covering every capability
      domain with uniform formatting.
    • Fact corrections: three Gradle modules (not two), 20 built-in filter
      lists (not 23), 50+ fingerprint vectors (not 28), plus the clone-host
      module and EncryptedApkBuilder path in the architecture section.

    EN/CN are kept content-equivalent. No marketing fluff — every item maps
    to real code.
