    Fix #221: Telegram messages now send with parse_mode HTML and default to TelegramHtml formatting so bold, italic, code, and links render properly instead of showing raw tags
    Fix #152: PATCH /api/agents/{id}/config now persists changes to the database so updates survive daemon restarts
    Fix #219: Agent TOML files on disk are compared to DB on startup and if the TOML differs the DB is updated automatically so edits to agent.toml take effect on restart
    Fix #179: MCP server spawning on Windows now auto-resolves npx to npx.cmd, passes essential Windows env vars (APPDATA, USERPROFILE, etc), logs stderr for debugging, and increased default timeout from 30s to 60s
