Martin Molinero a79cc16b03 Add Kelly Criterion values
- New `KellyCriterionManager` will be used by the
`StatisticsInsightManagerExtension` to calculate and update the
`AlphaRuntimeStatistics` with the new Kelly Criterion values, on a daily
basis.
