    Fix TerminalLink brokerage model order update and MarketOnClose support (#9556)

    The TerminalLink (Bloomberg EMSX) brokerage disables order modification
    (TerminalLinkBrokerage.UpdateOrder always returns false) and does not
    support Market-on-Close orders. Update TerminalLinkBrokerageModel to
    reject order updates via CanUpdateOrder and drop MarketOnClose from the
    supported order types.
