AlexCatarino	a59bd17fb9	Adds BaseDictionary That Implements Python Dict Methods ... `BaseDictionary` is an abstract implementation of `IExtendedDictionary` keyed by `Symbol` that implements Python `dict` methods. `Slice`, `DataDictionary`, `SecurityManager`, and `SecurityPortfolioManager` derives from it in order to behave like Python `dict`.	2020-04-01 16:15:04 +01:00
