* Throw clear error when AddData is called with a non-class first argument from Python
Calls like self.add_data("VIX", Resolution.DAILY) routed through CreateType, which
silently built a dynamic assembly named after the string and returned a fake type
whose activator factory tried to invoke the str like a function. The downstream
'str' object is not callable PythonException surfaced confusingly (and could
manifest as an apparent hang depending on where it was caught), making the actual
mistake hard to diagnose.
Validate the PyObject up front via TryCreateType in the AddData(PyObject, ...)
entry points and throw an ArgumentException pointing the user at AddEquity /
AddForex / etc. when the argument is not a custom data class.

- The `OptionSymbol.IsStandard` method makes the assumption that
weeklies contracts follow the pattern equities follows, which
does not apply to Futures Options

...adds a Trade config. For illiquid contracts, this
will delay universe selection for the option symbol
until we get a trade. However, if we add a quote config,
the data would instead be loaded based on the first quote
we received from the brokerage.

This is being done in an effort to prevent symbol collisions within the
custom data (SecurityType.Base) namespace. The custom data type's name,
is used for disambiguation. As written, this change will break several
user algorithms that still rely on using the implicit string -> Symbol
lift. Providing this type information is optional an currently only being
used by AddData<T> methods. Other consumers of SecurityType.Base symbols
arn't at risk for collision, such as the UserDefinedUniverse, ScheduledUniverse
and others that are LEAN controlled. In order to maintain backwards compatibility,
the SymbolCache was updated to do a hard search when the requested ticker was
not found, looking for the prefix ('ticker.').

The SubscriptionDataReaderHistoryProvider was using StubResultHandler, so no error messages were being shown or logged. By adding events to IHistoryProvider and SubscriptionDataReader, the dependency on IResultHandler could be removed completely and error messages are now pushed up the stack.
This is only a mechanical refactor for the updated IHistoryProvider.Initialize method in all IHistoryProvider implementations, call sites and unit tests.
Some algorithms had dependencies outside of the file that needed
to be copied into each project. The alternative here is to move
the Bitcoin and QuandlFuture type into Common\Data or similar

Move the logic of importing the module into AlgorithmPythonWrapper where it is wrapped.
Throws an exception if the script does not have a class that inherits from either QCAlgorithm not QCAlgorithmFramework.
Adds a check for OnData being defined in the module. If not, OnData from the base class will not be called (it causes stack overflow otherwise)
