Some additional challenges we'll have to solve as part of FOPs:
- The `OptionSymbol.IsStandard` method makes the assumption that
weeklies contracts follow the pattern equities follows, which
does not apply to Futures Options
- The Subscription created in:
`OptionChainUniverseSubscriptionEnumeratorFactory`
...adds a Trade config. For illiquid contracts, this
will delay universe selection for the option symbol
until we get a trade. However, if we add a quote config,
the data would instead be loaded based on the first quote
we received from the brokerage.
But since we're currently using a trade config, illiquid
contracts won't start streaming data until it receives a trade.

* Fixes weeklies parsing, causing certain futures to be inaccessible in Algorithm
The FuturesExpiryFunction expects the contract month of the Future,
not the expiration. As a result, the contract gets filtered as a
weekly contract, rather than as a standard due to the discrepancy
between the expiry dates when the contract month differs from the
expiry date's month.
A very important fact to note is that futures can and do expire prior
to the contract month. BZ,(brent crude financial futures) expire two
months prior to the contract month, CL one month prior, etc.
There has been an addition that contains a "reverse" futures expiry function
lookup table. We use this to lookup the contract month to re-calculate
the Future expiry.
This PR also fixes dairy and adds extra expiry dates. Dairy can have
an expiry *after* the contract month, so a new path was added to the
SymbolRepresentation to ensure that these contracts are loaded
correctly.

This is being done in an effort to prevent symbol collisions within the
custom data (SecurityType.Base) namespace. The custom data type's name,
is used for disambiguation. As written, this change will break several
user algorithms that still rely on using the implicit string -> Symbol
lift. Providing this type information is optional an currently only being
used by AddData<T> methods. Other consumers of SecurityType.Base symbols
arn't at risk for collision, such as the UserDefinedUniverse, ScheduledUniverse
and others that are LEAN controlled. In order to maintain backwards compatibility,
the SymbolCache was updated to do a hard search when the requested ticker was
not found, looking for the prefix ('ticker.').
Fixes#3332
Moves the map file provider instance to a static readonly Lazy to ensure
single initialization and guarantee thread-safety without requiring an
additional locking mechanism. This change also simplifies the resolution
of the first ticker/date into it's own function vs embedding the logic
in the existing GenerateWithFirstDate method.
- Custom data types will know whether or not Lean should use map files
- Updating regression test with sample custom data using map files,
which can run locally
- Adding unit tests for the `SubscriptionDataReaderHistoryProvider`,
checking it mappes equities and options correctly
- `SecurityIdentifier` will calculate `StrikePrice` just once. Replacing
`!=` for a direct call to `Equals()` preventing unnecessary checks.

Calling `Reverse()` on the `SortedList` is expensive.
- `MapFiles` will keep first and last date, so we don't need to call
`First()` and `Last()` multiple times.
- `Liquidate` will go through all the algorithms securities only if
necessary
- `TradeBar` parsing will not call `new T` for pure `TradeBar` which is
expensive
- Removing `Lazy` hash code and security type for the
`SecurityIdentifier`, replacing for direct initialization. Accessing the
`Lazy` value adds an overhead.
- Replacing `Enum` to string for hardcoded switch statement. `Enum.ToString` is expensive.
- `DataManager` will be lazy for counting the subscriptions for
determining if its above the limit
- Adding `AlgorithmSecurityValuesProvider.GetAllValues()`, removes the
need to fetch all the security keys twice.
- During universe selection, will not try to re add already added symbol
- `Composer` will load `QuantConnect` assemblies and keep the `Types`
which is much faster than using previous wway of getting types that uses
reflexion.
- Adding static `MapFileProvider` improving calls to
`QuantConnect.commo.Symbol.Create` or `Addxxx` which created a new
instance every time
- `Engine.StackExceptionInterpreter` will be lazy initialized, since it
takes some time because it goes through all assemblies
- Moving `MarketHoursDataBase` initialization earlier and in a `Task`
since it takes some time.
- Using `Aggregate(lambda)` vs `Sum(lambda)` since the later is slower
due to performing an extra `Select`
- For `QCAlgorithm.Framework.OnFrameworkData()` will avoid calling
`ToArray()` on empty `Enumerables` due to its cost * the number of
calls. If the `Enumerable` is the empty instance, which is static,
will create a new empty array and return it instead.
- Replacing `SecurityIdentifier` `SecurityType` and `GetHashCode`
implementations for `Lazy` versions, that are performed just once, since
these values do not change and are used multiple times.
- For the different `DataDictionary<T>` implementations adding `this[
Symbol] get; set` since existing overload `this [string]` produces an
extra round operations `Symbol->string->Symbol` with a significant
impact.
- Adding `PortfolioTargetCollection.AddRange()` overload using an array
to avoid unnecessary convertions.
The composer takes forever and when iterating on unit tests quickly
becomes a drag. This allows a unit test to provide its own implementation
so it doesn't need to do the work
With this update there is a 3x speedup in SecurityIdentifier.TryParse.
This method is heavily used in coarse universe selection, when parsing coarse data files.
