    Codex on Windows: extend the WSL launcher skip to the Store WindowsApps
    alias and add regression tests for both launcher locations. Fold the CI
    workflow and test portability work (PRs #198, #199 by @Yigtwxx) into the
    release entry.

    Pi extension 1.2.1: deliver tool_call recitations and the tamper notice
    as nextTurn instead of steer so they can no longer be consumed by
    interactive tools blocking the turn (issue #206, diagnosed by @jschmied).

    Version bump to 3.5.1 across the 17-file parity set, CHANGELOG,
    CONTRIBUTORS, README badge and releases table.
